Vivien de Gunzburg is the Founder, President, and Managing Partner of Ceres Infrastructure Asset Management LLC, the manager of Ceres Infrastructure Private Debt Fund. Based in the U.S., the fund is dedicated to providing and structuring long-term financings for the renovation of large core infrastructure assets in the U.S. Prior to Ceres, in 2003 Mr. de Gunzburg established the Findercod group in the UK, Belgium, and France. Findercod provides advisory services in the areas corporate finance (including solutions to corporates such as project-based long-term (re)financing), private equity, and asset management. Prior to founding Findercod, in 2002, Mr. de Gunzburg participated to the creation of Stephens Financial Group (“SFG”) the NY based arm of Stephens Group. SFG was tasked with large-cap mergers and acquisitions. Mr. de Gunzburg served as Vice President in the M&A advisory practice, covering clients in the industrial, aerospace, homeland security, and life sciences areas. He was involved in the $13.4bn merger of Northrop Grumman &TRW and the simultaneous sale of TRW Automotive to The Blackstone Group for $4.7bn. He was also involved in the origination and analysis of private equity investment opportunities for the Stephens Group. The Stephens family of Little Rock (AK), is one of America’s families with a long history of investing, operating, banking and political involvement and known to have managed the IPO of Walmart. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. de Gunzburg held various positions within the Banking Group of Lazard Frères & Co. LLC (now Lazard) in New York. In 2001, Mr. de Gunzburg was a Senior Associate tasked to work with Lazard’s rain maker Ambassador Felix Rohatyn in the creation of Rohatyn Associates. During his tenure at Rohatyn Associates Mr. de Gunzburg helped originate deals for clients such as Comcast (leading to the $72bn merger of Comcast with AT&T, and HSBC’s acquisition of Household International for $16bn), Suez, Sodexho, LVMH, Publicis, Fiat, Fimalac, United Technologies, and Pfizer. Prior to working with Ambassador Rohatyn, in 2000, Mr. de Gunzburg was an Associate in the Industrial and Retail Group at Lazard. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. de Gunzburg was an Analyst in the Lazard Life Sciences Group, working for Kenneth Jacobs, currently worldwide Chairman of Lazard. His transactions experience during that time included Pfizer’s hostile acquisition of pharmaceutical Warner-Lambert for $116 bn and simultaneous divestiture of lice treatment Rid to Bayer for $85 million (2001); the sale of engineered nutrition food MET-Rx to Rexall Sundown for $106 million (2000); Hoechst and Rhône-Poulenc merger-of-equals into Aventis for $45bn (1999);which later was merged with Sanofi, and the sale of the remaining 80% of Pioneer Hi-Bred to DuPont for $7.7bn (1999). Prior to joining Lazard, in 1997 Mr. de Gunzburg joined Rothschild & Cie. Paris as an Analyst in the M&A department where he advised clients in the industrial, financial, real-estate and technology sectors. In 1995 and 1996, he worked at Société Générale as an analyst in the Credit department both in Madrid and in Hong Kong. In 1994 Mr. de Gunzburg worked at Sanofi Beauté in Barcelona. In 1993, Mr de Gunzburg worked at Republic New York Corporation (Republic National Bank and Safra Bank) in the Mergers and Acquisitions department in New York. A French and Belgian national, Mr. de Gunzburg received a MSc. in financial engineering from E.S.L.S.C.A. and a BA with honors from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Paris. Mr. de Gunzburg is fluent in French, English and Spanish and has notions of Japanese, Russian and German. He is a Young Leader (class French President Emmanuel Macron) and member of the Board of Directors of the French-American Foundation in France and in the U.S., the founder and President of the de Gunzburg Myeloma Research Foundation (DGMRF) in the U.S., a Member of the Executive Committee and Treasurer of French Foundation for the Research on Myeloma and Gammopathy (FFRMG) in France, Vice-President of ORT Belgium, Board Member of ORT France, Member of the Educative Committee of Terra Sancta Museum in Jerusalem, Vice President and member of the General Committee of The Travellers club in France. Mr. Bouhet is a Senior Advisor of Findercod since March 2014. Prior to joining Findercod, Jacques E. Bouhet worked for over 40 years for Société Générale Group, serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SG Corporate and Investment Banking. Mr. Bouhet has also been Member of Board of Advisors of IdentiPHI, LLC since July 2006. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Bouhet served as Chief Executive Officer of SG Americas, responsible for overseeing SG's activities in the United States, Canada and Latin America. In 1998, he was named Deputy Chief Executive of INFI. Mr. Bouhet also served as Chairman of the Board at SG Cowen Securities. Since January 1993, he has served as Deputy Director of the International Division of Société Générale, and in 1995 became Director of the International Development Division within International and Finance (INFI). From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Bouhet served as General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the Société Générale USA Banking Network and Chairman of Société Générale Financial Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Société Générale. In 1984, he returned to the Head Office of Société Générale in Paris to serves as Director of the Asian Sector of the International Division of the Bank. Mr. Bouhet was appointed Deputy General Manager of the Société Générale London Branch in 1977 where he served until being named General Manager of the Société Générale Hong Kong Branch in 1980. From 1971 to 1972, Mr. Bouhet served as Assistant Manager of the Société Générale New York Branch. He was then appointed Vice President of the French Desk of European American Bank & Trust, a subsidiary of Société Générale. In 1969, he was appointed Assistant Vice President of Sogen International Corporation in New York. He began his career with Société Générale in 1965 in the economic research department. Mr. Bouhet is a Trustee of FACE (French American Cultural Exchange), a non-profit organization in partnership with the Cultural Services of the French Embassy in New-York, as well as a Board member of AROP (Association pour le Rayonnement de l’Opéra of Paris) and of American Friends of Paris Opera and Ballet. He is also a trustee of FIAF (French Institute Alliance Française) in New York, and a Board member of “Etés de la Danse”. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and of the Centre d'Etudes Superieures Bancaires. Mr. Delattre became a Senior Advisor of Findercod in March 2007. Prior to joining Findercod, Jean-Paul Delattre worked over a period of thirty years for two major family groups: Groupe Bettencourt (for 11 years), and previously Groupe Mulliez (for 18 years), respectively the second and third richest families in France. From 1995 to 2006, Mr. Delattre was Chief Financial Officer of the Bettencourt family’s holdings as well as the General Secretary of the Bettencourt-Schueller Foundation, the most important private foundation (acknowledged as “public service”) in France. From 1976 to 1994, Mr. Delattre was with Groupe Mulliez where he was successively in charge of diversification, cash management, and debt financing, prior to becoming General Manager of the financial division. At Groupe Mulliez, Mr. Delattre created and managed Cava-Banque (the family bank), Cavabail-Sicomi (leasing company), Finor (long term credit/financing institution), Cava Gestion (fund management) as well as the group’s mutual funds/SICAV (Primus in Luxembourg and Cava-Oblig in Paris). These various experiences have given Mr. Delattre the opportunity to actively advise and manage important family offices in the Asset Management, Corporate Finance and Non-Profit areas. More specifically in the Asset Management activity, Mr. Delattre developed a strong expertise in the selection, structuring, acquisition and management of listed companies’ shares, and specifically with respect to long-only and hedge funds, funds of hedge funds and private equity funds. A French national, Mr. Delattre is a graduate from ISA (HEC) in Jouy-en-Josas and IESEG in Lille, and holds a Master in Economics from Institut Catholique de Lille. Mr. Emin became a Senior Advisor of Findercod in March 2017. Along with its activities at Findercod, Philippe Emin is also Director and Group Deputy Head of the Public Affairs of Crédit Agricole Group since 2016. From 2013 to 2016, he was Counsellor to the Head of the Regulatory Policy and International Affairs Directorate of the AMF. Responsible for strategy, regulatory policy and institutional relations, he advised on these issues the Chairman and the Secretary General. In 2010, he was appointed to the French Treasury and became Counsellor, deputy to the Minister Counsellor for financial affairs, head of the economic and monetary affairs department of the French Permanent Representation to the European Union, based in Brussels. He was the French negotiator in the European Council for financial services (AIFMD, SSR, EMIR, MAR, CRAR II/III, CSDR, MIFID/MIFIR, etc.) and for company laws (EuVECA / EuSEF, Accounting, Audit, etc.). Philippe Emin began his career in M&A and project finance advisory. In 2000, he joined Autorité des Marchés Financiers (“AMF”) the French financial markets regulator where he held various positions, especially in corporate finance and where he oversaw many corporate events (IPO, etc.) in the technology and other sectors. Mr. Emin is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po). He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris-Assas and a post-graduate diploma in Tax and Finance Management from the University of Paris-Dauphine. He received a L.L.M from the LMU (Munich - Germany) and the qualification as a lawyer of member of the Bar of Paris. Mr. de Gunzburg is a Senior Advisor of Findercod since February 2003. From 1992 to 2002, Dimitri de Gunzburg was Managing Director at UBS Warburg in London, where he was responsible for international corporate finance in the food and beverage industries, with emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. From 1974 to 1992, Mr. de Gunzburg was a Managing Director of Dillon Read Limited in London. There, Mr. de Gunzburg was engaged principally in merger and acquisition transactions focusing on the food and beverage industries. Mr. de Gunzburg also initiated and executed projects involving Eurobond issues, euro-currency loan syndications, leveraged buy-outs and buy-ins (LBO’s). From 1970 to 1974, Dimitri de Gunzburg was a Managing Director at Bankers Trust International Limited in London. At Bankers Trust, Dimitri de Gunzburg was engaged in Eurobond financing and the initiation of floating rate notes as a listed and publicly distributed form of financing. From 1967 to 1970, Mr. de Gunzburg was a Vice President of Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York. Assignment included the creation and management of the international merger and acquisition business in New York and Paris. From 1963 to 1967, Mr. de Gunzburg was Sous-Directeur at Morgan & Cie. S.A. in Paris, where he was engaged in the issues of Eurobonds and Euroequities. From 1962 to 1963, Dimitri de Gunzburg was an Investment Research Officer in the Securities Research department of Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York. Prior to that, Mr. de Gunzburg joined Banque de Paris et des Pays-Bas in Paris as a management trainee. Mr. de Gunzburg started his career in 1959 as a member of the Investment Banking department at S. G. Warburg & Co. in London. Mr. de Gunzburg is a graduate of Princeton University from Pennsylvania, United States of America, and is fluent in English, French, Dutch and German. Mr. Heimann became a Senior Advisor of Findercod in September 2004. John G. Heimann is also currently a senior advisor at the Financial Stability Institute (FSI) of the Bank for International Settlements. Mr. Heimann joined FSI in 1999 as Chairman. From 2001 to 2003, he was a senior advisor of Merrill Lynch & Co. and of AIB Bank. From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Heimann was Chairman of the Global Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and part of the office of the Chairman at Merrill Lynch. In that role, Mr. Heimann was the senior relationship manager with financial institutions of all kinds throughout the world and played an important role in developing Merrill Lynch's policies and programs worldwide. From 1984 to 1991, Mr. Heimann joined Merrill Lynch as Vice Chairman of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, and while at this position, served as Chairman of the Executive Committee for Merrill Lynch Europe/Middle East from 1988 to 1990. From 1981 to 1984, John G. Heimann was a Deputy Chairman of Warburg, Paribas Becker Incorporated. From 1977 to 1981, he also was a member of U.S. Comptroller of the Currency, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. During this period, he also served as Chairman of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council and a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal National Mortgage Association. Between 1976 and 1977, Mr. Heimann was a commissioner of the State Division of Housing & Community Renewal, and was a superintendent of Banks for New York State from 1975 to 1976. From 1967 to 1975, he was Senior Vice President and Director of E.M. Warburg Pincus & Co. which he co-founded. From 1956 to 1966, John G. Heimann was Vice President of Smith Barney & Company, Inc. Mr. Heimann is also a member of the Board of the French-American Foundation US, Council on Foreign Relations, and the Group of Thirty. Mr. Heimann received a BA in Economics from Syracuse University, United States of America. Mr. Jaclot became a Senior Advisor of Ceres in June 2019 after having been Senior Advisor of Findercod since 2004. Mr. Jaclot was CEO of AOG until December 2018. He joined AOG as a member of the Board in 2005 and became Group CEO in 2008. Until October 2018, Mr. Jaclot was the Managing Partner of FJ Consulting, his own investment and advisory firm. Mr. Jaclot participated to the creation of FaDiese2, a French SCR investing in startups. Mr., Jaclot has been involved in private equity activities, either directly or through funds which investments he continues to follow. From 2003 to 2016, Mr. Jaclot was on the Board of Unibail-Rodamco, a leading French real estate company where he became the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board and the Chairman of the Audit Committee. In September 2003 until end of 2006, he joined Interbrew as Chief Financial Officer and member of its Executive Board of Management. Following the merger between Interbrew and AmBev, he became Senior Advisor to the CEO of the new group, InBev (now called AB ImBev). From March 2003 to end of 2005, Mr. Jaclot was a Director of Suez (now ENGIE) and Vice Chairman of its Management Committee, where he was in charge of finance (CFO), and the communication and private equity activities. He was formerly Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux. From October 1994 until end of 1995, Mr. Jaclot joined Demachy Worms & Cie., a French investment bank where he became the sole Managing Partner. From 1987 to 1994 Mr. Jaclot joined Lafarge. Mr. Jaclot was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lafarge Corporation (North America) from 1987 until 1990, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lafarge Coppée from 1990 to 1994. From 1982 to 1987, Mr. Jaclot held several positions with Crédit National, a long-term credit institution in France. From 1978 to 1982, Mr. Jaclot served in the French Ministry of Finance as Inspecteur des Finances. Mr. Jaclot has been the chairman for more than 20 years of le Foyer de Charité, a non-profit religious foundation. Born in 1949, François Jaclot is a French national, graduate of Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA), Institut d'Etudes Politiques et Ecole Nationale de Statistiques et d'Administration Economique (ENSAE). Mr. Jaclot holds a Master’s in Mathematics. Mr. von Liechtenstein joined Findercod in July 2012. Along with its activities at Findercod, Wenceslas von Liechtenstein is also Partner and CEO at Dalton Strategic Partners, an independent, global investment management firm dedicated to long/short equity strategies. Before that, he has been a Partner at Holparge Financial Advisory for more than eight years. Holparge provides independent financial advisory boutique providing corporate banking services ranging from M&A, capital raising and restructuring to large and mid-market companies. Between 2005 and 2009, Mr. von Liechtenstein was a Board Member of the hedge funds Ruby Capital Partner LLP, Remus Capital and Nator Capital LLP. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. von Liechtenstein was Senior Manager in M&A at General Electric in Paris where he notably participated in the acquisition of Amersham (EV of €8,1bn) and Instrumentarium (EV of €2bn), and led the disposal of GE European Clinical Services and GE X-Ray Hungary. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. von Liechtenstein was an Equity & Research Sale Associate at Goldman Sachs where he especially advised and managed institutionals and hedge fund’s clients on Pan-European shares, and participated with ECM in the Initial Public Offering of several large companies. A Liechtenstein national, Mr. von Liechtenstein is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University (Bachelor of Science: Major in Finance). He is fluent in French, English and German. Mr. McGovern became a Senior Advisor of Findercod in November 2004. From 1986 to 1992, David McGovern served as a member of the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. From 1962 to 1999, he worked at the law firm Shearman & Sterling in the capacity of partner. He founded Shearman & Sterling office in Paris, of which he was a senior partner from 1967 to 1991. Mr. McGovern was admitted to the New York Bar in 1955. He became a Court lawyer in Paris in 1992. Mr. McGovern is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American University of Paris (former President), the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in France (former President between 1979 an 1982) and the Board of Governors of the American Hospital of Paris (former President from 1976 to 1979 and from 1996 to May 2003). David McGovern is also currently Chancellor of the American Cathedral of Paris and Member of the General Committee of The Travellers. From 1951 to 1953, he served as First Lieutenant of the Field Artillery of the U.S. Army in Korea. In 1983, David McGovern was conferred the title of Chevalier of the French Légion d’Honneur. Mr. McGovern is a graduate of Yale University and has a law degree from Columbia Law School. Mr. de Nadaillac became a Senior Advisor of Findercod in May 2014. Géraud de Nadaillac is also currently the CEO of Nadaillac Finance, a French financial advisory company active in advising Anglo Saxon financial institutions aiming at doing business in France. Géraud is also a Senior Partner of Mediation & Finance, whose purpose is to act as a mediator in conflicts involving financial companies. Until March 2011 Mr. de Nadaillac was Vice Chairman of Royal Bank of Canada Europe Limited (“RBC”), the London based investment bank, with responsibility for developing strategic transactions with major clients and supervising senior client coverage. Previously, Mr. de Nadaillac was managing Director, Head of Debt Capital Markets Europe and as such ran both the syndicate and the origination groups in London. During that period RBC developed into one of the major players worldwide. Mr. de Nadaillac joined RBC from Hambros Bank Ltd in 1998, where he was a Director. Mr. de Nadaillac was Chairman and Chief Executive of Hambros France, Hambros’s subsidiary in Paris from 1992 to 1998. Before that, he was Director, Head of Syndicate of Hambros Bank in London. From 1979 to 1985 Mr. de Nadaillac was at CCF (Crédit Commercial de France), now part of HSBC group, first in Paris then in London, where he was an International Bond Fund Manager. Mr. de Nadaillac is married and has 3 children. Mr. Nottage joined Findercod as a Senior Advisor in September 2006. Mr. Nottage is the Chairman or director of a number of hotel companies operating in France, Canada and the UK, and recently founded an investment and hospitality advisory company, Genviva Capital. Mr. Nottage is also active in the private banking and alternative asset management. Richard Nottage began his career at Robert Fleming & Co. Limited in London, from where he moved on to Kuwait to run a Flemings / Worms et Cie joint venture created to harness Middle Eastern wealth. In 1984 he arrived in Paris to join Ifabanque S.A., a French Private Bank in which Flemings and Worms et Cie were the reference shareholders, where he spent 22 years. Over that period Mr Nottage advised a predominantly private Gulf based clientele in diverse and varied fields, building a specific expertise in the hospitality industry. He has been involved in the purchase, structuring, financing and sale of dozens of substantial hotel properties over the years, principally operating from the standpoint of individual tax sensitive offshore owners. His work with these properties has been ongoing, they being part of an investment portfolio, and not merely transaction based. Having worked with the founders of the hedge fund industry since the mid 1980’s, been closely involved in offshore finance, and worked in the multitude of domaines that interest wealthy individuals from the Gulf, Mr Nottage’s experience is diverse. Tax planning and trust structures represent an important part of the advisory services required by HNW individuals, and form part of Mr Nottage’s macro viewpoint that he uses when advising clients. Mr. Overbeeke is a Senior Advisor of Findercod since 2006. From 1998 until 2006, Mr. Overbeeke was member of the Executive Management Team of RWE-Thames Water Group, a global energy and water utility company, where he was (i) General Manager of Thames Water Europe S.A., (ii) member of the Supervisory Board of Rurhwasser, and (iii) Strategic Advisor for China. Between 2002 and 2006, Mr. Overbeeke was Group European Affairs Director of RWE-Thames Water in Brussels, in charge of relationships with EU and NGO’s. Within RWE-Thames Water, from 1998 to 2002, Mr. Overbeeke was (i) President of Europe and Africa for Business Development and (ii) in charge of the World Summit of Sustainable Development (Rio Earth Summit +10) in Johannesburg. Prior to RWE-Thames Water, Mr. Overbeeke worked with FKI Engineering Group from 1990 to 1998, where he served as President and C.E.O. of both Bristol Babcock S.A and Bristol Meci S.A., respectively a company of electrical products and a metering and industrial instrumentation company for oil and gas. Mr. Overbeeke was involved with Schlumberger Industries from 1972 to 1990. During this period he was successively Financial Controller for Flonic Schlumberger, Aster Water Meters and Eqyquem Meters, Enertec TR / Schlumberger and Enertec AM / V. He was Financial manager of the Electricity group, set up the metering manufacturing company in Indonesia, and finally General Manager of the Communications and Systems department. In 1972, Mr. Overbeeke was head of R&D Lab for Setude (Veolia Group). A French national, Mr. Overbeeke graduated from I.A.E. School of Business and has a Master’s Degree in Physics and Chemistry. He is fluent in both French and English, and intermediate in Polish. Angélique Payet became a Senior Advisor of Findercod in October 2016. Prior to joining Findercod, Angélique Payet had been consultant in strategy, development and public relations for large international companies guiding them in their development strategy and management of their business portfolios as well as to further analyze and improve both internal and external operations. As head of production in charge of events, she was successful in carrying out events of national importance including at ministerial level such as for the Justice, Defense and Transportation departments as well as for local authorities (Reunion Island, tourism offices, city halls, etc.) and embassies abroad. She also ran events for the banking sector (Crédit Agricole, BNP, Caisse d’Epargne, Société Générale, BFC), insurance groups (AXA, Groupama, GMF), public works companies (Vinci, Razel, Eiffage, Fayat, Denys), telecom conglomerates (France Telecom, Orange, SFR) and automotive industry (Renault, BMW). With her strong leadership skills and experience in management and communications she was able to oversee and give guidance to creative and technical teams and supervise press relations. Anglélique Payet has also intervened in more diplomatic roles (conflict resolution and crisis management) at international level, especially for the Maghreb region and French-speaking African countries. Her skills and experience include the elaboration of possible scenarios, analyze the level of risk and implement potential crisis situations management tools. As director of the French Tech Aix-Marseille, Angélique Payet obtained the confidence and recognition in her domain. In 2015, she joined Sébastien Cauet’s (French TV and radio presenter) production group “Be Aware” as chief administrative officer. Mr. Piazza joined Findercod as a Senior Advisor in December 2017 From 2015 to 2018, Mr. Piazza has been working as Chief Financial Officer of a company in the area of Cloud Computing. From 2013 to 2018, Mr. Piazza is Board Member and Senior Advisor of ICC Consortium Limited, a company trading in the oil markets. From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Piazza worked on the restructuring of the Banque AIG portfolio of products achieving a successful sale, assignment and unwind of the groups’ derivative products with major institutions across Europe and the United States. From 1993 to 2008, Mr. Piazza was an Executive Director of Banque AIG, Paris covering France and Southern European countries across all derivative products, including foreign exchange, interest, commodity and credit products. Its core expertise also involved structuring of tax related transactions for large corporates and banks in Italy and Spain. Worked on credit-related products allowing European banks to deconsolidate large pool of real-estate loans as well as consumer loans through swaps. From 1992 to 1993, Mr. Piazza was a Manager in the Investment Banking Department of Banque Paribas, Paris covering leading French companies and European Supranational Institutions funding and swap requirements in the Euro and Swiss Markets. From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Piazza was a Manager in the New Issue Department Investment Banking group of Banque Paribas (Suisse) and Paribas Capital Markets Group in Japan covering the fixed income markets for the Japanese Sovereign borrowers in the Euromarkets and equity-linked new issue market for Japanese corporates in the Swiss market. From 1984 to 1986, Mr. Piazza was a legal counsel in the New Issue Department specializing on the Japanese market in Zurich and Tokyo. From 1982 to 1984, Mr. Piazza was an Analyst in the Accounting Department of Credit Suisse, Zurich Mr. Piazza graduated from the University of Geneva with a law degree in 1982. Mr. Sandell became a Senior Advisor of Findercod in March 2006. Thomas Sandell founded Sandell Asset Management in January 1998, of which he is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Sandell Asset Management (counting approximately 50 people with offices in New York and London) manages Castlerigg Master Investments and other multi-strategy (including risk arb, event driven, equity special situations, credit) funds with approximately $1.0 bn assets under management (peaked at $8.0 bn), of which Thomas Sandell is a Co-Portfolio Manager. Prior to founding Castlerigg, Mr. Sandell joined Bear Stearns & Co. in May 1989 to establish the proprietary international risk arbitrage operation and to serve as a senior analyst in domestic risk arbitrage. Thomas Sandell was a Senior Managing Director of Bear Stearns & Co. and was second-in-command of the Risk Arbitrage department. He co-managed the effort with Mr. Barry Cohen, also a Senior Managing Director. Thomas Sandell has been involved in the securities industry since May 1986. Thomas Sandell is a founding Board Member of The New Leader’s Group of the Institute of International Education, the administrator of the United States Government’s Fullbright Program. He is also a Trustee of Friends of ARK (Absolute Return for Kids), a charity focused on supporting a variety of initiatives including disease, abuse and poverty afflicting children around the globe. Thomas Sandell previously worked as a securities analyst for Atlantic Finance in Paris from May 1986 to May 1987 where he was primarily responsible for equity research on French equities. Thomas Sandell was subsequently head of equity research at Group Delphi in Paris. Thomas Sandell received a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration and Economics from Uppsala University in Sweden. Thomas Sandell also graduated from an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School in 1989. A Swedish native, Thomas Sandell was at one time ranked as Sweden’s number two junior badminton player. |
